On November 6, 2025, the Greater Bay Area High-Skilled Talent Integration of Production and Education Matchmaking Conference kicked off at Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center, supported by the DMP Industrial Expo and "Shenzhen Top Technician" Skill Contest. On November 6, 2025, the "Skilled Golden Collars Serving New Quality Productive Forces & Greater Bay Area High-Skilled Talent Integration of Production and Education Matchmaking Conference" was successfully held at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. As a core supporting activity of the 26th DMP Greater Bay Area Industrial Expo and the "4th 5-Axis CNC Machining & Cutting Tool Application Technology Contest cum 'Shenzhen Top Technician' Skill Contest", one of the most eye-catching highlights of the event was that CATO Precision Machinery (GuangDong) Co., LTD, as the sole equipment sponsor of the contest, provided 8 high-end 5-axis machine tools as the designated competition models. Furthermore, the company signed cooperation agreements with universities and colleges on-site, empowering the integration of production and education through practical actions and becoming the focus of the entire event.

Co-organized by government departments, Hong Kong and Macao institutions, industry associations, leading enterprises, and universities inside and outside Guangdong Province, the matchmaking conference gathered leaders from the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Guangdong Province, representatives from the Hong Kong Productivity Council, and delegates from enterprises and universities in the equipment manufacturing field of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
