On November 14, 2025, the President of Tsinghua-Peking University EMBA Alumni Association and his delegation visited CATO Precision Machinery (Guangdong) Co., LTD for exchange. As a member of the Alumni Association, Lin Cuimei, Deputy General Manager of our company, extended a warm welcome to the President and his delegation, and deeply demonstrated CATO's innovative achievements and solid strength in the field of high-end intelligent equipment.
Led by Wei Shiyong, Assistant to the Chairman, the President of Tsinghua-Peking University EMBA Alumni Association and his delegation conducted an on-site visit to CATO's core production workshops and held discussions and exchanges. Wei Shiyong gave a detailed introduction to CATO's development history, technology R&D system, and the breakthroughs achieved in the field of high-end equipment such as 5-axis linkage CNC machine tools.
He mentioned that CATO has always adhered to the concept of "technology-driven enterprise development", persisted in the direction of independent R&D and domestic substitution, and is committed to overcoming "chokepoint" technical problems to build high-end 5-axis machine tools that belong to the Chinese people.
During the visit, members of the Alumni Association showed great interest in the highly automated production scenarios in the workshops, and from time to time asked questions and exchanged views on technical details, market applications and future plans. They were deeply shocked when they learned that many of CATO's core products not only benchmark international first-class brands in terms of precision, efficiency and stability, but also have achieved full independent control from core technologies to CNC systems.
