We have a 1,000 square-meter constant temperature workshop operating 24/7, offering three built-in spindle specifications: HSK E40, HSK A63 and HSK A100 for selection. Adopting a sophisticated modular production mode, our spindles feature high power, high rotational speed, high torque and high reliability, ensuring superior machining precision.
Independent R&D – Cradle TurntableSelf-developed high-speed, high-rigidity turntable enables efficient milling-turning compound machining. Equipped with direct drive torque motor, it plays a critical role in 5-axis simultaneous machining.
Core Technology – Tool MagazineOptional chain type, disc type and umbrella type tool magazines are available. The simple yet highly reliable cam-driven tool changer achieves high-speed tool change, reduces non-cutting time and ensures long-term stable operation. Independently developed, it solves the tool drop issue in the industry.
