A8 5-axis horizontal cradle machining center
The A8 5-axis horizontal cradle machining center, targeting the new energy vehicle industry, features a high-rigidity structural design and lightweight design. Its 3-axis rapid traverse speed can reach 90 m/min, with an acceleration of 1G. Both Axis A and Axis B adopt direct drive by torque motors, ensuring no mechanical transmission, no backlash, high acceleration/deceleration, fast response speed, and permanent high precision. The machine base has a T-shaped design, and the X-axis uses a stepped guideway design; the lightweight moving parts enable high response and high precision, perfectly meeting the production needs of core components for new energy vehicles.
CBS650 5-axis bridge-type machining center
The CBS650 5-axis bridge-type machining center, designed for the aerospace industry, adopts a bridge-type high-rigidity structure. During high acceleration and deceleration of the three axes, the processing efficiency is not affected by the size or weight of the workpiece. The bridge structure ensures overall stability, good rigidity, and the ability to withstand large workloads; the high-speed movement of the X/Y/Z axes is not affected by workpiece weight. The reinforced structure guarantees high stability during high-speed machining and high rigidity during rough machining, meeting the strict processing standards for precision aerospace components.
CV630 5-axis vertical machining center
The CV630 5-axis vertical machining center, serving the UAV and robotics industries, relies on the CATO C80 Plus system and finite element optimization design.
