1. A8 5-Axis Horizontal Cradle Machining Center

(1) Key Performance Advantages
• The entire machine adopts a full-motion column structure, with the tool moving in three axes and the workpiece rotating in two axes, enabling 5-axis simultaneous machining.
• Both A-axis and B-axis use direct drive structures, featuring zero transmission chain, zero backlash, and high rigidity; high-precision angle encoders achieve precise positioning.
• The machine base adopts a T-shaped layout, with X-axis stepped guideway arrangement, light moving parts, and excellent force-bearing conditions.
• The spindle uses a high-speed electric spindle, offering fast speed and low noise.
• Three linear axes are equipped with roller guideways, ensuring low friction and high rigidity.
• Multiple configurations available: optional ball screw cooling, RTCP calibration, and tool breakage detection.

• Both X/Y axes adopt linear motors, with Y-axis featuring dual-drive technology.

• A-axis uses a roller cam structure to ensure high torque and zero-backlash movement, with dual feedback control via circular gratings.
• C-axis is driven by a torque DD motor, with circular grating feedback control, realizing high-precision 5-axis simultaneous machining.
• High spindle speed of 20,000 rpm.
• X/Y/Z axis strokes: 650x800x560 mm.
